The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value ("NAV") of the Ordinary Shares as at 31 January 2024 was 60.52p per share.
A proposed final dividend of 2.25p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2023 has been declared and is payable on 8 March 2024 to members on the register as at 9 February 2024.
The proposed final dividend of 2.25p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares as at 31 January 2024 as the ex-dividend date is 8 February 2024.
