The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 April 2011 was 100.28p per share.
The net asset value is stated before deducting the interim dividend of 2.5p per share which will go ex-dividend on 1 June 2011 and will be paid on 17 June 2011.
