Net Asset Value
TriVest VCT plc announces that the unaudited bid price net asset value per share (excluding current year income) of the Company as at close of business on 31 December 2006 was 114.09 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share does not take account of the dividend of 3.75 pence per share announced on 6 December 2006 and payable on 15 February 2007. The quoted share price for Ordinary Shares is however ex-dividend.
