Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC

The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 28 May 2008, the unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares were approximately 53.67 pence per share and 102.00 pence per share respectively. 

The unaudited net asset values above account for the 2.50 pence per share dividend for both the Ordinary and the D shareholders. These shares became ex-dividend on 21 May 2008. 

The dividends will be paid on 20 June 2008 to shareholders on the register on 23 May 2008.
