JPEL Private Equity Limited ("JPEL" or the "Company") has released the Company's Net Asset Value for the period ending 31 August 2019.

Please find detailed below the estimated net asset value per share for JPEL Private Equity Limited as at 31 August 2019: Ordinary Share Class - $1.71

Please note that the Quarter End Review covers the period from 1 July 2019 through 30 September 2019 (in lieu of the August 2019 Monthly Report). JPEL will resume monthly reporting and will publish its 31 October 2019 Monthly Report in due course.
