The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 November 2011 was 99.98p per share.
The net asset value is stated after accounting for the second interim dividend of 4.5p per share which became ex-dividend on 23 November 2011 and will be paid on 09 December 2011.
