The Board of Terra Capital plc ("the Fund") announces that the estimated unaudited net asset value per share on 31 August 2014 was US$1.018 which is an increase of 0.39 % over the prior month.

The Net Asset Value per share figure as at 31 August 2014 is unaudited and includes certain estimates, the most significant of which is the estimated tax liability relating to the sale of property in Macau.
