The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 January 2020 was 81.37p per share.
A final dividend of 3.5p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2019 has been declared and is payable on 06 March 2020 to members on the register as at 07 February 2020.
The final dividend of 3.5p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 January 2020 as the ex-dividend date is 06 February 2020.
