Net asset value update at 8 December 2015
In advance of the Company's annual general meeting to be held on Thursday 10 December, the Company announces the net asset value as at the close of business on 8 December 2015 as follows:

All valuations are based on the closing market bid prices or, if lower, directors' valuation as described in the 2014 annual report. The discounts applied to bid prices at 8 December 2015 totalled £243,892 (30 September 2015: £241,750).

Disclosures for the Annual General Meeting 10 December 2015
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting today, the Chairman, Callum Newton Baxter, will hold discretionary proxies for each resolution. Therefore, the Chairman's total interest to be disclosed is as follows:
