Name change effective

The Board of Asia Digital Holdings plc, an independent online marketing group, is pleased to announce the change of name from Deal Group Media plc to Asia Digital Holdings plc with immediate effect. The Group's shares have commenced trading under the new name also with immediate effect. The Group's ISIN will remain as GB0002180858 and the Group's TIDM will change to ADH.L.

On 10 July 2009 the Group's website address will change from www.dealgroupmediaplc.com to www.adhplc.com which contains the information required in accordance with AIM Rule 26.
