The Board of AUM notes the sharp increase in the Company's share price on Friday and confirms that it is not aware of any business or operational reason for this increase.

However, the board has received notification from Alan Fairless, that on 6th June 2014 he acquired 1,987,904 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in approximately 15 trades at an average price of approximately 0.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these acquisitions, Mr. Fairless now holds 18,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
