Bank of Ireland(Governor&Co)14 February 2007 13 February 2007 Bank of Ireland has announced today that it has successfully launched and priceda €2.95bn residential mortgage securitisation from its subsidiary ICS BuildingSociety. The securitisation, Kildare Securities Limited, was issued in Euros and USDollars and is subject to US Private Placement Rule 144A. This notice does not constitute an offer of securities for sale in the UnitedStates. Securities may not be offered or sold in the United States absentregistration or exemption from registration.
