This valuable service will help advisers to write more business, moreeffectively by removing some of the burden of sourcing, preparation andapplication. Working with the Mortgage Times Group, one of the largest andfastest growing packagers in the UK, Lighthouse is able to offer a full in-housepackaging service for non-standard applications and a very competitiveprocuration fee structure. Following mortgage regulation, Lighthouse has had an increasing number ofmortgage advisers wishing to join the Company in order to benefit from thesupport systems and infrastructure that a nationwide IFA group is able toprovide. The number of advisers registered to give mortgage advice withinLighthouse is now close to 300 and continues to grow. This increase has helpedthe Company to swell its mortgage business significantly and Lighthouse nowintroduces in excess of £1 billion to lenders on an annualised basis.
