EUR 471,200,000 Class B Notes due 2023 (of which EUR 471,200,000 is outstanding) (ISIN XS0409951968)

(the "Notes")

Announcement of Delisting:

The Issuer announces that it has redeemed the Notes detailed above in full and has requested the Irish Stock Exchange to remove the Notes detailed above from the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

This is effective from the date hereof.
