The Tender Price equals the NAV per Share as at 31 March 2021 minus £0.01 / €0.01 (being 1% of the Placing Price), as applicable.
It is anticipated that payment for the March 2021 tender will be made on 17 May 2021.
A further announcement regarding the unconditional purchase of the Tender Shares is expected to be made on or around 10 May 2021.
Terms defined in the Company's prospectus dated 29 March 2019 have the same meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.

1In respect of the Realisation Condition, the Company will submit redemption requests to the Investment Vehicle in respect of 5,862,645 Euro Company Investment Vehicle Interests (based on a net asset value of €1.004087) and 8,748,962 Sterling Company Investment Vehicle Interests (based on a net asset value of £1.057410) and in respect of which funds are expected to be received on or before the anticipated payment date set out above.
