Major ALM Customer Renewal and Extension

- US Fortune 100 Heavy Equipment Manufacturer Renews License for WANdisco SVN MultiSite Until end 2017 -

- Multi-Year Agreement to Contribute $1.87m in Revenue Over Five-Year Term -

Sheffield, UK - WANdisco (LSE: WAND), a provider of continuous-availability software for global enterprises to meet the challenges of Big Data and distributed software development, announces that a US Fortune 100 heavy equipment manufacturer has entered into an agreement to renew its enterprise-wide software subscription license for WANdisco's SVN MultiSite solution until the end of 2017.

The agreement is expected to contribute $1.87m in revenue to WANdisco over its term. Revenue generated from the agreement will be recognised in equal tranches across each of the five years.

For the past two years, this customer has realised significant benefits from its use of SVN MultiSite. Deploying the solution has enabled it to achieve 24/7 operations globally, with no downtime, even during routine maintenance. In addition, users at every location where the solution has been deployed have benefited from secure local network speed access to the same data. These and other benefits have made a significant and positive impact on the customer's productivity and bottom line.

Under the terms of the agreement, the manufacturer, which has been a WANdisco customer since 2011, has also agreed to use additional WANdisco ALM products and services, including SVN Access Control and the recently announced Git MultiSite solution. Over four thousand of the manufacturer's software developers will use these solutions across its locations in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

David Richards, Chairman and CEO of WANdisco said:

"This is a resounding endorsement of our technology, of our offering and of our strategy. This agreement represents a significant, long-term customer commitment to WANdisco, made by one of the largest and most successful firms on earth. It stands as testament to the value our solutions bring and is further evidence of the major role software plays across all industries. Most people don't think about software development when they think about heavy equipment manufacturing, but the fact is that software is now a pervasive element of the global economy and most of the world's software is developed using Subversion."
