KEY DATES RELATING TO THE INTERIM DIVIDEND

Following the announcement on 31 July 2014 of its Interim Results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2014, Communisis announces that its Interim Report has today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive it in hard copy form.

With effect from 20 August 2014 the Interim Report will be available as follows:

· on the Company's website (www.communisis.com); and

· by writing to the Company Secretary at Communisis plc, Communisis House, Manston Lane, Leeds, LS15 8AH.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

12 September 2014 Record date

9 October 2014 Payment date
