LSR obtains building permit for Lot 15 in ZILART

LSR Group obtains construction permit for new building in ZILART

LSR Group, the leading Russia's real estate developer by the volume of housing under construction (source - Unified register of developers as of April 2018), obtained a construction permit for building No. 15 in its flagship ZILART project. 

Building No. 15 is a part of ZILART's second construction phase and was designed by the famous architectural bureau Meganom. The building comprises two blocks of various heights, up to 55 meters.

There will be 335 apartments with the total area of 17,717 sqm, including 155 one-bedroom, 124 two-bedroom, 49 three-bedroom, 7 four-bedroom apartments. Commercial premises will be located on the ground floor. The building will have a two-level underground parking for 243 parking lots.

Residents of apartments in the northern and western parts of the building will have views of the 25-meter wide pedestrian boulevard. The green area around the building will amount to 840 sqm. The landscaped courtyards will feature playgrounds and sports fields.

ZILART is a massive redevelopment project with a unified architectural concept. The 1.2 km long pedestrian boulevard named after Vesnin brothers will become the project's center of attraction with a concert hall, Hermitage-Moscow museum, theatres, shopping malls and a hotel. A landscaped park with the total area of 10 hectares will be completed very soon comprising a basketball court, tennis courts and a children's playground. A wide embankment will be constructed along the Moskva river. ZILART's social infrastructure will include 11 kindergartens for 1,440 kids, an educational complex for 2,500 students and a school for 875 students. Three metro stations are located within walking distance from ZILART - Tulskaya, Avtozavodskaya and Tekhnopark, along with the station ZIL of the Moscow Central Circle (MCC). In 2018, it is planned to start construction of a motorway bridge to link the Third Ring with Varshavskoe highway.
