LSR Group executes put option for Series-03 bonds

LSR Group executes put option for its Series-03 bonds

OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG) completed buy-back of its Series-03 interest-bearing non-convertible bonds with mandatory safekeeping. 

The buy-back was executed on September 15, 2016 upon the request of the owner and in accordance with the terms of the offer and the Prospectus. The state registration number is 4-03-55234-E as of 02.11.2011.

The total amount of series 03 bonds acquired was 160000.

The total amount of transaction was RUB 160 003 200,0 including the accrued interest.
