Listing of Shares

The Company has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for 23,722,791 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and for them to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The application comprises a block listing of 23,722,791 ordinary shares under the Company's Value Enhancement Schemes.

It is expected that admission of the shares will take place and dealings will commence on Tuesday 26 November 2013.
