Torotrak PLC15 December 2005 Torotrak plc ("the Company")Listing Application15 December 2005 Application has been made today to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for 46,284 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London StockExchange's main market for listed securities. The Ordinary Shares are beingissued pursuant to the exercise of options by employees under the 2002 Sharesavescheme. Admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 16December 2005.
