Letter to Shareholders

The Company has been made aware that a major shareholder has written to shareholders today in connection with the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2008 and certain resolutions to be proposed at the Company's annual general meeting on 9 July 2008 ("Shareholder Letter").

The board of the Company will be writing to all shareholders detailing its response to comments made within the Shareholder Letter (the "Company Letter"). A copy of the Company Letter will be available on the Company's website: www.sutton-harbour.co.uk.
