Issue of Warrants
The Company announces that on 1 November 2012 in consideration for a loan of £100,000 repayable on 1 February 2013, it has granted 5 million warrants to the lender which are exercisable over a period of 24 months from the date of grant, to subscribe for one ordinary share per warrant with an exercise price of 1p per share.
