Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Puma VCT 13 plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the Company's offer for subscription to raise up to £50 million, with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £20 million, details of which were set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 24 September 2025.

On 12 June 2026, the Company published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 28 February 2026 (the "2026 Accounts").

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services and Market Act 2000 as a result of the publication of the 2026 Accounts.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority, and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
