Further to the Company's offer for subscription (the "Offer") as set out in the prospectus issued by the Company on 10 May 2019 (the "Prospectus"), the net asset value (unaudited) of the Company for the purpose of determining the Offer Price, as defined in the Prospectus, in respect of the forthcoming allotment of shares ("Shares") under the Offer, is 46.8 pence per Share.
