Sirius confirms that it has issued 888,889 new ordinary shares in settlement of fees.

Application for the admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM has been made and is expected to occur on 12 August 2013. The Shares will represent 0.11 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital and will rank equally in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. Following this issue the total number of shares in issue will be 823,025,933. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the company.
