Issue of shares

Tavistock Investments Plc ("Tavistock" or the "Company") the integrated financial services business, announces that it has today issued a further 84,746 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company in satisfaction of an historic obligation arising as a consequence of Tavistock's purchase in May 2014 of Tavistock Partners Ltd (formerly County Life and Pensions Ltd ).

As a consequence, the total number of shares in issue has increased to 336,048,770.

Application has been made for these 84,746 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 21 April 2016.
