Issue of Shares
Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 4,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 3,500,000 warrants at £0.08 per share and the exercise of 800,000 options at £0.10 per share. Aggregate funds of £360,000 have been received by the Company.
The 800,000 options were exercised by Craig Brown, Managing Director of the Company. His resultant holding is detailed below:
