Issue of Shares
The Company has today issued 2,823,529 ordinary shares to creditors in settlement of fees for services performed for the Company. Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM which is expected to occur on 5 November 2009.
Following this issue, the Company currently has 366,065,131 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in issue.
