Issue of Shares
The Company announces an application has been made for the admission of 5,100 (five thousand one hundred) New Ordinary Shares of 1 NIS each to the standard listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market ("Admission").
These shares are in consideration of professional services provided by an adviser. Admission is expected to occur on 23rd April 2018.
