For immediate release Granting of Share Options Image Scan Holdings PLC (AIM: IGE) announces today that following the BoardMeeting of 14th September 2005, Mr Nicholas Fox, Dr Simon Godber and Mrs LouiseGeorge, all being directors of the Company, have each been issued 80,000 shareoptions under the "Image Scan Enterprise Management Incentives Share OptionPlan".Under the terms of the "Image Scan Enterprise Management Incentives ShareOption Plan", the share options can not be exercised before the 30th September2008 and will expire after 29th September 2015.
