28 January 2010 Garner plc ("Garner" or the "Company") Issue of Options

The Company announces that on 27 January 2010, it granted options over 10,000,000 ordinary shares (the "Options") to certain employees of Garner, under the current EMI scheme.

The Options have been issued with an exercise price of 1.75 pence, being the closing mid-price of the Company on the date of issue, valuing the Options at £ 175,000. The Options will vest in three equal tranches on 28 January 2011, 28 January 2012 and 28 January 2013, being the first, second and third anniversary of issue, and will lapse on the tenth anniversary of issue, being 28 January 2020.
