Issue of director's share options

Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), today announces that it has granted options over 1,100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to Tim Coleman, Chief Financial Officer. The options have an exercise price of 112p and are subject to performance conditions. The vesting schedule for the options is 25% after one year, 25% after two years with the remaining 50% after three years. The options expire after ten years. Tim Coleman currently holds no shares in Redcentric plc.
