Issue of Options

Altitude Group plc, the promotional merchandise and marketing solutions group, announces that on 9 July 2010 David Smith, Finance Director, was granted options to acquire 555,556 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9 pence per share ("Options"). The Options are exercisable three years following the date of grant.
