Issue of Options
Rare Earth Minerals plc (AIM: REM) the rare earth minerals and metals projects investment company announces that it has issued options over a total of 200,000,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 0.48p per share (compared to the closing mid-market price on 20 May 2014 of 0.48p). These options will vest immediately and will expire on 31 December 2020.
The options represent in aggregate 3.85% of the existing issued share capital and have been issued on the following basis: Directors 1.93%, and management, consultants and advisers 1.92%
The options for the directors have been issued as follows:
