Northern Venture Trust PLC10 June 2005 Northern Venture Trust PLC ("The Company") Issue of Shares The Company announces that on 10 June 2005 the Company allotted 158,149ordinary shares of 25p each to shareholders who agreed to subscribe for sharesunder the terms of the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme. The subscriptionprice was 86.9p per share. There remain 39,058,171 ordinary shares in issue. Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for theseshares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, to be admittedto the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the LondonStock Exchange's market for listed securities.
