Exercise of Options

The Company has today issued 1,321 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 19 December 2013.

Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued share capital will be 5,862,270 Ordinary Shares.
