Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 13,345,312 Cshares and 6,400,640 ordinary shares. Application has been made for the C shares to be admitted to the Official Listof the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's marketfor listed securities on 6 June 2007.
