Mulberry Group PLC23 May 2006 MULBERRY GROUP PLC (the "Company") 23 May 2006 ISSUE OF EQUITY The Company has applied for 1,475 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,which were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted totrading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. These ordinary shares represent options which employees have decided to exerciseat the option price of £1.345 pence The Directors of the company have approved the allotment of the shares. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of theCompany and dealings are expected to commence on Tuesday 30 May 2006.
