Electronic Data Processing PLC07 March 2007 Electronic Data Processing PLC EXERCISE OF OPTIONS Electronic Data Processing PLC ("the Company") announces that on 6 March 2007 itissued and allotted 30,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("the New Shares") toPeter Davey, a director of the Company, pursuant to the exercise of shareoptions. The options were exercised at 40p per share, Mr. Davey now has aninterest in 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Application will be made for the shares to be admitted to the Official List ofthe United Kingdom Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange foradmission to trading.
