The Company announces that 66,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options. An application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on IEX and AIM respectively.
