ADVFN PLC17 December 2007 ADVFN PLC (The 'Company') Exercise of Options The Company announces that options to subscribe for 83,333 ordinary shares ofone pence each in the Company have been exercised by staff at a price of 1.75pper share. The shares have been allotted and application for the shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM has been made to the London Stock Exchange. Admissionof and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 21 December 2007. Following this issue of shares, the Company has a total of 593,192,435 ordinaryshares of 1p each in issue, each carrying one voting right. The Company holdsno shares in treasury.
