Chrysalis VCT PLC28 March 2006 Chrysalis VCT plc28 March 2006 Offer for subscription ("the Offer") The Directors of Chrysalis VCT plc are pleased to announce an initial allotmenton 28 March 2006 of 403,647 E ordinary shares of 1p each ("E Shares"), payableat 100p per share, pursuant to the Offer that opened on 2 February 2006. Within the allotment were the following: Julie Baddeley, a Director, was allotted 10,300 E Shares at a price of £1 per share. Following this allotment she now holds shares which represent 0.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Peter Harkness, a Director, was allotted 5,150 E Shares at a price of £1 per share. Following this allotment she now holds shares which represent 0.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Application will be made shortly for these shares, which will rank pari passuwith existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UKListing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market forlisted securities. The Offer (for both D Shares and E Shares) is expected to remain open until 5April 2006 unless fully subscribed earlier.
