Dairy Farm International Hldgs Ld03 September 2007 DAIRY FARM INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ISSUE OF EQUITY Please be advised that in light of a payment of a special dividend of US16.00cents to its shareholders on 24th October 2007, Dairy Farm InternationalHoldings Limited ('DFIH') has made an adjustment to the terms of the ShareOptions issued under its International Share Option Plan (1995) of the 1995Senior Executive Share Incentive Scheme (the 'Scheme'). The adjustment is beingmade to the Share Options outstanding at 31st August 2007, being the record dateof the special dividend. Accordingly, on 3rd September 2007 DFIH has allotted atotal of 12,779 new ordinary shares at a price of US$0.06 per share pursuant tothe Scheme rules. The shares will be registered in the name of the Scheme Trustee, The VerandahTrust Company Limited.
