Quadnetics Group PLC23 February 2006 Quadnetics Group PLC (the "Company")23 February 2006 Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 23 February 2006 a further 5,300 New QuadneticsShares were allotted to holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted theoffer for Protec, in respect of valid acceptances received up to 1pm on 15February 2006. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New QuadneticsShares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.
