Quadnetics Group PLC09 January 2006 Quadnetics Group PLC (the "Company")9 January 2006 Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 9 January 2006 a further 8,977 New Quadnetics Shareswere allotted to holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted the offer forProtec, in respect of valid acceptances received up to 1pm on 4 January 2006. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New QuadneticsShares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.
