Printing.com plc09 July 2007 PRINTING.COM PLC (the "Company") Issue of Equity Printing.com plc announces that at a board meeting held on 6 July 2007 itallotted 101,965 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to certain employeesfollowing the exercise of options under the Company's Share Option Schemes.Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admissionof the new ordinary shares to trading on the Alternative Investment Market ofthe London Stock Exchange.
