The Directors of Tavistock Investments Plc ("Tavistock" or "Company") are pleased to announce that the Company has placed 328,571,429 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("the Placing Shares") with new and existing investors at a price of 0.07 pence per share raising £230,000, before expenses. The net proceeds of the placing will be used for ongoing working capital and to meet the costs of due diligence on potential investments and acquisitions.
Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 7 November 2013.
