Issue of Shares
Kalimantan Gold Corporation Limited (the "Company") has issued 425,000 new common shares in the company to RFC Corporate Finance Ltd as part consideration for its services as Nominated Advisor provided in relation to the Company's admission to AIM in December 2006.
The Company now has a total of 58,350,784 common shares on issue.
