Issue of Equity
Sefton have today issued 7,154,724 common shares of no par value ("Shares") in settlement of future contractual payments totalling £20,000, equivalent to 0.28 pence per share (the "New Shares"). An application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading to AIM on 23 January 2014. Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company will have a total of 711,044,465 Shares in issue.
